SHIPPING POLICY
Order processing takes 1-3 days from when an order is placed since we hand pack every order intuitively for you, we do not pre pack sets. U.S. Shipping will take 3-5 days and international is 1-3 weeks once an order is processed. You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information as soon as your package is shipped.
We ship worldwide! All packages are shipped from Arizona, USA. We ship via USPS and are happy to pay a portion of shipping fees so that American customers can enjoy a $5 flat ground shipping cost, Canadian customers can enjoy a $15 flat ground shipping cost, and all other international customers can enjoy a $25 flat first class shipping cost, any order amount, every order!
For international orders, the customer will pay all custom and duties fee, if applicable. It is the responsibility of the buyer to track and locate their international package from their home country and deal directly with their own postal service and custom agents. By purchasing from Caitrine Crystals and supplying an international shipping address, buyer agrees to be responsible for and track lost or delayed shipments. Caitrine Crystals is not responsible for orders once they are shipped.
Please make sure the shipping address is error-free as refunds will not be issued to orders with incorrect address information.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We try our very best to accurately display and describe each and every crystal through photos on our site and social media and we take a lot of time and effort to pick out only the best quality of crystals to sell from our inventory. Please understand the item color and size of every single stone can vary slightly since crystals are all directly mined from the earth and are no two are alike!
However, if there is an issue with your order, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it so we can work with you to resolve it!
